Senior HR Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, HR Reporting and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of HRIS reporting and dashboard solutions, managing operational reports
• Drive the migration to SuccessFactors Report Stories and conduct SAP release testing
• Identify and streamline legacy reports while developing query structures and data models

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, or HR operations reporting
• Hands-on HRIS report development experience, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
• Experience using AI tools for reporting workflows
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
