Senior HR Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counsel and guidance to leaders regarding HR policies, performance management, and associate relations
• Review and approve involuntary separation requests and facilitate ADA interactive conversations
• Assist in evaluating HR training needs and recommend policy changes based on analytics and trends

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of HR experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent analytical and customer service skills
