Senior HR Service Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr HR Service Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform HR operational tasks accurately within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) and documentation for HR tasks
• Resolve complex HR cases and provide coaching to Customer Care Professionals

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in human resources or a related field with three years of HR experience, or a High School diploma with five years of HR experience
• In-depth knowledge of HR topics across various areas such as Payroll and Benefits
• Ability to manage HR Operations processes and implement improvements
• Project and time management skills for delivering on assignments
• Experience in creating Standard Operating Procedures for processes
