Senior HR Services Representative

Job Summary

Providing counsel and guidance to Field, Store, and Distribution Leaders, the full-time Senior HR Services Representative will manage policy interpretation, performance management, and involuntary terminations while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Offer guidance on associate relations and approve involuntary separation requests
• Facilitate ADA Interactive conversations and assist in case management for investigations
• Analyze HR trends and recommend training topics for leadership development

Required qualifications:

• Two or more years of HR experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Strong analytical and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
