Senior HR Services Representative

Job Summary

Providing counsel and guidance, the remote Senior HR Services Representative will support Field, Store, and Distribution Leaders, as well as Corporate Leaders and Associates, in areas such as policy interpretation, performance management, and handling involuntary terminations.

Key responsibilities:

• Offer guidance on associate relations, including reviewing involuntary separation requests and facilitating ADA Interactive conversations
• Assist in evaluating HR training needs and recommend training topics for leaders based on identified trends
• Collaborate with HR Leadership to recommend policy changes and monitor compliance with scheduling and final pay guidelines

Required qualifications:

• Two or more years of HR experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Excellent analytical and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
