Senior HR Services Representative

Job Summary

Providing counsel and guidance, the full-time Senior HR Services Representative will support Field, Store, and Distribution Leaders as well as Corporate Leaders and Associates in policy interpretation, performance management, and case management preparation, while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Offer guidance on HR policies and procedures, including approval of involuntary separations and facilitating ADA Interactive conversations
• Assist in evaluating HR training needs and recommend training topics for various leadership levels
• Collaborate with HR Leadership to analyze trends and recommend policy changes based on associate relations data

Required qualifications:

• Two or more years of HR experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Strong analytical and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
