Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR field or business; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in HR technology and data management
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functional areas
• 5+ years of experience managing a global team
• Expertise in Workday and strong understanding of global HR processes
