Job Summary

Supporting various functions of the Human Resources department in a hybrid role, the full-time Senior HR Specialist will manage talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance initiatives while promoting positive employee relations in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Support the offer process, including compensation discussions and onboarding of candidates
  • Partner with payroll and benefits providers to ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Recruiting, or equivalent roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms and ATS systems
  • Hands-on experience with benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR compliance
