Job Summary
Advising management on Federal human capital policies, the full-time Senior HR Specialist will support organizational change initiatives, conduct HR studies, and analyze complex HR data while working onsite in Silver Spring, MD.
Key responsibilities
- Advise management on Federal human capital policies and address complex HR issues
- Support organizational change management initiatives and assist with implementation
- Design and conduct HR studies and develop reports and dashboards for leadership
Required qualifications
- Experience in researching, analyzing, and implementing Federal human capital policies
- Strong knowledge of Federal HR statutes and regulations, particularly in staffing and compensation
- Experience conducting HR studies and analyzing data for leadership advisement
- Ability to develop and refine human capital policies and procedures
- Experience with Competitive and Excepted Service HR frameworks
