Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Specialist - Benefits and Leave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for benefits and leave administration, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
  • Assist in developing and facilitating educational resources and communications regarding Total Rewards programs
  • Maintain accurate records and support the administration of employee leave programs in a multi-state environment
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits and leave
  • Experience in employee benefits and leave administration, preferably in a multi-state environment
  • Proficiency in HR systems and intermediate Excel skills
  • One year of related professional experience; two years preferred in a highly regulated HR environment
