Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Specialist - Benefits and Leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for benefits and leave administration, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Assist in developing and facilitating educational resources and communications regarding Total Rewards programs
- Maintain accurate records and support the administration of employee leave programs in a multi-state environment
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits and leave
- Experience in employee benefits and leave administration, preferably in a multi-state environment
- Proficiency in HR systems and intermediate Excel skills
- One year of related professional experience; two years preferred in a highly regulated HR environment
