Job Summary
To support federal staffing initiatives, the fully remote Senior HR Specialist DEU Certified will manage recruitment strategies, develop assessment tools, and post vacancy announcements while ensuring compliance with eligibility and qualification standards.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with managerial personnel to create recruitment strategies and develop specialized experience statements
- Post vacancy announcements and review candidates for eligibility and qualifications in the automated staffing system
- Conduct quality reviews of staffing case files and coordinate rating panels for applicant evaluation
Required qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of federal Human Resources staffing experience
- Active Delegated Examining Certification required
- Experience with USA Staffing and familiarity with USA Hire assessment tools
- Required to obtain and maintain a Tier-4 Public Trust background investigation
