Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resource Specialist, Employee Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a one-stop-shop for employees on complex benefits and HR issues
Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and managers
Handle complex inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate resolution to employee and manager inquiries

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field
2+ years of related benefits, HR, or relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4+ years with an Associate's degree; or 6+ years with a High School diploma
Extensive experience supporting internal customers in a specialized HR capacity
Foundational knowledge of HR, compliance requirements, and benefits
