Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resource Specialist, Employee Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a one-stop-shop for employees on complex benefits and HR issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and managers
  • Handle complex inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate resolution to employee and manager inquiries

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field
  • 2+ years of related benefits, HR, or relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4+ years with an Associate's degree; or 6+ years with a High School diploma
  • Extensive experience supporting internal customers in a specialized HR capacity
  • Foundational knowledge of HR, compliance requirements, and benefits
