Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. HR Specialist, Accommodations and Leave Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with regulations related to employee absences, including ADA, FMLA, and PDA
  • Draft and manage leave-related legal correspondence while maintaining communication sensitivity
  • Manage leave assignments, escalations, and queries in the case management system
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management preferred
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • In-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADAAA, and disability programs
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in leave of absence administration and process improvements
