Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. HR Specialist, Accommodations and Leave Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulations related to employee absences, including ADA, FMLA, and PDA
- Draft and manage leave-related legal correspondence while maintaining communication sensitivity
- Manage leave assignments, escalations, and queries in the case management system
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- In-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADAAA, and disability programs
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in leave of absence administration and process improvements
