Senior HR Specialist - Mexico

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Specialist - Shared Services (NAM) - Mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HR data integrity and lifecycle transactions for employees in North America
• Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
• Monitor employment-related matters and ensure compliance with local labor laws

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
• 6-9+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and exposure to U.S. and Canadian HR processes
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
