Senior HR Specialist - Mexico

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Specialist - Shared Services (NAM) - Mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data in the HRIS for employees in Mexico, Canada, and the U.S
• Serve as a senior HR contact for employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
• Monitor and coordinate employment-related matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
• Typically 6-9+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services supporting North America
• Strong working knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance practices
• Fluency in Spanish and English required
• Experience with HRIS platforms, particularly in data validation and reporting
