Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Systems Analyst with expertise in Workday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, test, and maintain Workday Payroll, Compensation, and/or Time Tracking modules while ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Act as a functional lead for Workday Payroll and support the configuration and administration of the Compensation module globally
  • Lead testing efforts for Payroll, Compensation, and/or Time Tracking, and develop custom reports to support HR and Payroll operations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with Workday, focusing on Payroll, Compensation, and/or Time Tracking
  • Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, business process design, and reporting
  • Experience with Americas payroll regulations and compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Workday EIBs, calculated fields, and security configuration
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
