Senior HR Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, HR Systems (Remote - OHIO).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks and monitoring for various HR systems, including HRMS, Time and Attendance, and Benefits
• Document training requirements and conduct software testing for quality assurance
• Partner with functional leads to identify system interdependencies and assist in documenting business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in human resources technology and/or systems
• Proven understanding of relational databases
• Strong knowledge of HR systems for resolving complex technical issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
