Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst HR Systems & Processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to gather and document business requirements for HR technology initiatives
  • Lead HR process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and opportunities for automation or system enhancements
  • Support system upgrades, implementations, and integrations related to HR functions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis with a focus on HR processes and technologies
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes (hire-to-retire) and their interdependencies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, Agile environment
