Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst HR Systems & Processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for HR technology initiatives
- Lead HR process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or system enhancements
- Support system upgrades, implementations, and integrations related to HR functions such as core HCM, recruiting, onboarding, performance, and time tracking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, with a strong focus on HR processes and technologies
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes (hire-to-retire) and their interdependencies
- Prior experience with system integrations, reporting, and production support
