Job Summary
Owning the technical administration of ADP Workforce Now, the full-time Senior HR Systems Analyst will manage system integrity, configuration, and integrations while providing data governance and operational support in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day ADP Workforce Now configuration, security roles, and system health
- Lead HR systems and data projects from scoping through rollout, ensuring compliance and automation
- Establish data governance standards and prepare custom reports for various stakeholders
