Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Systems Consultant - Configuration - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project management and support for new systems implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Consult with customers to analyze business processes and identify needs for solutions
• Coordinate testing and implementation of system updates, while maintaining technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in HR sustainment or consulting
• Strong functional expertise in the Workday Absence module
• Experience in evaluating business requirements and translating them into system enhancements
• Working knowledge of the Workday Performance module
• Client-facing experience with the ability to consult and influence stakeholders
