Senior HR Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Systems & People Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance core HR systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now, ensuring data integrity and security
• Collaborate with a global team to design and implement scalable people operations programs, including onboarding and leave management
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve HR efficiency and enhance employee experience

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in HR Systems, HRIS, People Operations, or related HR/people analytics roles
• Hands-on experience administering HR systems, ideally including ADP Workforce Now and Greenhouse
• Strong understanding of HR data structures and experience performing data audits and reconciliations
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas and data analysis capabilities
• Experience in a global environment, with familiarity in managing core HR programs and compliance considerations
