Senior HR Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. HR Systems Specialist (Temporary, Benefitted) (Remote - CA).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and maximize the effective use of HR HCM systems
• Create custom reports, metrics, and dashboards for workforce planning
• Train users on HCM systems and monitor data integrity

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Bachelor's degree; equivalent work experience may be considered
• Knowledge of common HR policies and procedures
• Experience with report generation and analytics
• Workday HCM experience preferred
