Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior HR Systems Specialist will act as an internal HR technology expert, focusing on configuring and improving SAP SuccessFactors and the broader HR systems landscape while troubleshooting issues and ensuring data integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance the global HR systems landscape with an emphasis on SAP SuccessFactors
- Translate HR and business requirements into technical solutions, managing issues from user inquiries to complex configuration challenges
- Participate in system implementations and upgrades, ensuring effective documentation and problem-solving throughout the process
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly with Employee Central
- Understanding of HR systems interactions and data flows across applications
- Experience with SAP HCM and hands-on customization is advantageous
- Technical curiosity with familiarity in automation, scripting, or low-code technologies like Power Apps or Python
- A degree in information technology, business information systems, business administration, or comparable qualifications and experience
