Senior HR Technology Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technology Analyst - Human Resources (HR).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform application updates and configuration functions for the UKG Pro Workforce Management system
• Map business processes to WFM Business Process and recommend strategies to meet business requirements
• Create documentation including business requirements, test plans, and implementation documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or a combination of post-secondary education and experience
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field
• Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions)
• Ability to develop functional test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing
• Experience in data gathering and supporting HR applications and processes
