Senior HR Technology Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Technology Analyst to support Workday configuration and provide tier-2 support for end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects and troubleshoot issues related to Workday total rewards modules
• Gather business needs and translate them into technical deliverables in the Workday application
• Analyze current processes and provide solutions in Workday to bridge gaps between existing and future needs

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Workday Total Rewards configuration experience
• Workday Pro Certifications are a plus
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Experience working in an agile project delivery environment
• Experience creating and processing EIB files to support mass business transactions
