Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. HR Technology Analyst II to optimize HR processes and enhance user experience with HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as functional product owner and subject matter expert for HR systems, leading design and deployment of Workday enhancements
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to analyze system requirements and manage Workday security roles and permissions
- Develop dashboards and reports to support HR decision-making, ensuring data integrity through regular audits and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7 years of HRIS/HR system support experience, with Workday experience required
- Advanced Report Writer experience and strong technical skills in Workday configuration and reporting
- Experience working in an agile delivery environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of data integration methods preferred
