Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. HR Technology Analyst I to support Workday configuration and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Workday functional analyst and subject matter expert across various modules
- Collaborate with HR teams to analyze requirements and implement process improvements
- Manage projects related to Workday functionalities and ensure compliance with data security and SOX requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of HRIS/HR system support experience, with 3 years of direct Workday experience
- Experience with Workday integrations and data transformation tools
- Strong technical skills in Workday configuration and reporting
- Experience in an agile delivery environment preferred
