Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. HR Technology Analyst I to support Workday configuration and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Workday functional analyst and subject matter expert across various modules
  • Collaborate with HR teams to analyze requirements and implement process improvements
  • Manage projects related to Workday functionalities and ensure compliance with data security and SOX requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years of HRIS/HR system support experience, with 3 years of direct Workday experience
  • Experience with Workday integrations and data transformation tools
  • Strong technical skills in Workday configuration and reporting
  • Experience in an agile delivery environment preferred
