Job Summary
Leading the configuration and optimization of Workday Compensation and Performance, the full-time Senior HR Technology Analyst will enhance HR technology operations through AI automation and deliver insights while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner for Workday Compensation and Performance configuration, supporting annual compensation cycles and performance review frameworks
- Identify and implement AI-enabled automation opportunities to streamline HR technology operations and improve efficiency
- Configure and maintain Workday modules, ensuring optimal performance and supporting testing and deployment processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of HRIS experience supporting enterprise HR systems
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, particularly in Compensation and Performance/Talent
- Proven experience managing Workday configuration, testing, and releases
- Demonstrated experience implementing automation and AI-enabled solutions
