Job Summary

Leading the configuration and optimization of Workday Compensation and Performance capabilities, the full-time Senior HR Technology Analyst will enhance compensation planning and performance management while driving AI-enabled automation in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary owner for Workday Compensation and Performance configuration, supporting annual compensation cycles and performance review frameworks
  • Identify and implement AI-enabled automation opportunities to streamline HR technology operations and improve efficiency
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules, ensuring optimal performance and supporting system enhancements and testing cycles
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of HRIS experience supporting enterprise HR systems, with 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience focused on Compensation and Performance
  • Proven experience in managing Workday configuration, testing, and releases
  • Experience implementing automation and AI-enabled solutions within HR processes
  • Strong expertise in Workday reporting and dashboard development
