Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Craft product vision and strategies across multiple Service Now Domains
• Drive product lifecycle from ideation to deployment while collaborating with multiple teams
• Own and manage the product backlog, providing business and functional requirements for tech implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Human Resources, Project Management, Product Management, or talent acquisition
• Proven ability to translate business problems into actionable requirements for technology deliverables
• Advanced skills in creating product roadmaps and familiarity with HRIS and Workday Recruit
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
