Senior HR Technology Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and governance for Talent Management technologies, the full-time Senior HR Technology Manager will partner with various teams to enhance employee experience and drive technology initiatives while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Talent Management technology roadmap and serve as product owner for Workday Talent capabilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions in collaboration with the Talent COE
- Lead system enhancements, testing, deployment, and change management activities with the AMS provider
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in HR Technology, particularly in Talent Management processes and systems
- Strong expertise in Workday Talent, Performance, Skills, Succession, and Career solutions
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, project management, and change management skills
- Experience working in complex, global organizations
