Job Summary
Leading complex HR transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Senior HR Transformation Consultant will collaborate with various stakeholders to modernize HR operations, enhance employee experiences, and drive strategic direction across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a thought partner on HR innovation and digital trends, shaping operational roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale HR transformation projects, ensuring alignment across functions and geographies
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights on project progress, risks, and strategic implications
Required qualifications:
- Doctorate degree and 2 years, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience
- 5+ years of project management experience in a multinational organization
- Experience in HR transformation, AI-first digital transformations, or process optimization for large enterprises
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project
- Knowledge of HR Systems like Workday, ServiceNow, Orgvue, and Visier
