Job Summary
To support organizational decision-making and workforce planning initiatives, the full-time Senior HR Workforce Analyst will deliver workforce analytics, strategic reporting, and insights while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enhance workforce dashboards and recurring reports to provide visibility into key metrics such as headcount, turnover, and retention
- Perform advanced workforce analysis to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations that align with business and HR objectives
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver timely insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in workforce analytics, HR reporting, or related analytical functions
- Experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or related industries is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems is preferred
