Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Administrator / Project Manager (UKG).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner and functional expert of the UKG environment
- Coordinate with external partners to enhance HR workflows and processes
- Document processes and provide troubleshooting support for adjacent HR systems
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience administering UKG with strong knowledge of its functionality
- Experience in HRIS administration combined with project management responsibilities
- Familiarity with core HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Experience with bulk data updates and system configurations within HRIS platforms
