Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Administrator / Project Manager (UKG).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary owner and functional expert of the UKG environment
  • Coordinate with external partners to enhance HR workflows and processes
  • Document processes and provide troubleshooting support for adjacent HR systems
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience administering UKG with strong knowledge of its functionality
  • Experience in HRIS administration combined with project management responsibilities
  • Familiarity with core HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
  • Experience with bulk data updates and system configurations within HRIS platforms
