Job Summary
To support HR management and process improvements, the remote Senior HRIS Analyst will manage projects, enhance HR Management System functionalities, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage projects focused on HR processes and data improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality delivery
- Act as a systems lead in project implementations, defining scope and collaborating with business users and technical teams
- Perform system maintenance and support, including troubleshooting, user security administration, and developing user documentation
Required qualifications
- Six or more years of experience in human resources, payroll, and HR Systems Management
- Extensive knowledge of HRMS components and applications, including Client/Server and web components
- Proficiency in report writing tools such as Crystal, SQL, and Tableau
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- PMP, HRIP, or SHRM certification preferred
