Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst for their People Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members on system configuration changes, upgrades, and integrations for SAP Successfactors
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned modules and assist with end user training
Ensure data integrity, troubleshoot support tickets, and participate in user group meetings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or IT
5+ years of experience with SAP Successfactors, specifically in Role-Based Permissions, Integrations, Time Off, Compensation, and Core HR
Experience in a Global HR environment
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
