Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage HCM technical and functional support, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and research new system functionality
Provide first level response for end user support and questions
Act as subject matter expert related to business operations

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or greater preferred or with 4-6 years equivalent experience
3+ years of Workday HCM experience
5+ years of technical experience in ERP systems related to HRIS
Create calculated fields and build custom reports
Build and maintain business relationships with internal and external customers & stakeholders
