Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst for a remote position in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain HRIS, develop business process workflows, and manage system integrations
- Act as a subject matter expert for People systems and data, ensuring compliance and security
- Collaborate cross-functionally to automate processes, drive improvements, and solve complex problems
Required Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in HRIS design, configuration, and maintenance
- Experience with enterprise tools, SDLC, and project management skills
- Understanding of HR fundamentals, change management, and handling confidential data
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with reporting tools preferred
- Agile experience and familiarity with middleware tools are a plus
