Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, research, design, and implement a new HRIS platform
Customize and maintain all aspects of the HRIS, including system configuration and reporting
Analyze complex data in the HRIS and ATS for trends and areas for improvement

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 7+ years HR technology experience in a global, fast-paced environment
Public company experience required
Progressive experience designing, configuring, and maintaining HRIS and other People systems
Extensive experience implementing and managing enterprise tools and integrations
