Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Manage compensation cycles and integrate HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems
Act as the system administrator for the Oracle compensation module, reviewing capabilities and workflows
Develop strategies for enhancements and process improvements while advocating for end-user needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
7+ years of HR technology experience
5+ years' experience with Oracle Cloud HCM application/configuration
Experience in developing and administering project documentation preferred
Reporting experience and SQL knowledge preferred
