Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst (Oracle HCM) - Remote for a 3-year fixed term position with benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects and process improvements related to HR and business objectives, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Act as work-stream lead in projects, collaborating with business users and support teams to define scope and implement solutions
• Evaluate and enhance HR Management System functionalities, perform system maintenance, and provide production support to end users

Required Qualifications

• Eight (8) plus years of experience in human resources, payroll, and HR Systems Management
• Experience with relational databases and technology trends in HR/Payroll business processes
• Extensive knowledge of HRMS components and application modules
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• PMP, HRIP, or SHRM certifications preferred
