Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Manage compensation cycles and integrate HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems
Act as the system administrator for the Oracle compensation module, reviewing system capabilities and workflows
Develop strategies for enhancements, process improvements, and advocate for end-user needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
7+ years of HR technology experience
5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM application/configuration
Experience in developing and administering documentation related to projects is preferred
Reporting experience and SQL knowledge are preferred
