Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage compensation cycles and integrate HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems
  • Act as the system administrator for the Oracle compensation module, reviewing system capabilities and workflows
  • Develop strategies for enhancements, process improvements, and advocate for end-user needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • 7+ years of HR technology experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM application/configuration
  • Experience in developing and administering documentation related to projects is preferred
  • Reporting experience and SQL knowledge are preferred
