Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to enhance HR processes and system administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and optimize Workday, focusing on Recruiting and Talent Management
  • Provide day-to-day support for Workday system issues and enhancements
  • Document business requirements and workflows while collaborating with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Workday HCM experience; certifications preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Recruiting and Talent Management modules
  • Experience with Workday reporting and EIBs
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, PHR, and Workday Pro
