Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize their Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of HRIS modules
• Design, develop, and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards for HR insights
• Assist with HRIS-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS management or a similar role
• Significant experience with major HRIS platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Workday, or UKG Ready/Pro
• Demonstrated experience in system implementation, data management, reporting, and project management
• Able to work Central Time Zone hours
