Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. HRIS Analyst to manage HRIS functions and support HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely response to HRIS tickets, including password resets and reporting requests
• Develop and deliver payroll time reports on schedule
• Lead HR projects and collaborate with developers to define system interface requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in an HRIS role
• Hands-on experience with HR software, specifically UltiPro WFM and/or Kronos
• Experience with HRIS reporting tools such as UltiPro BI, PowerBI, and Crystal Reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and macros
• Good understanding of full HR processes, including hiring and onboarding
