Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and maintenance of PeopleSoft and Kronos systems
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports for team metrics, processes, and audit controls
• Implement audit controls for payroll and benefits, addressing data risks and integrity issues

Required Qualifications

• College degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience with PeopleSoft systems, including payroll and benefits setup
• 1-2 years of experience with Kronos timekeeper system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Good understanding of HR functions and related laws and regulations
