Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and maintenance of PeopleSoft and Kronos systems
- Develop standard and ad hoc reports for team metrics, processes, and audit controls
- Implement audit controls for payroll and benefits, addressing data risks and integrity issues
Required Qualifications
- College degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience with PeopleSoft systems, including payroll and benefits setup
- 1-2 years of experience with Kronos timekeeper system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Good understanding of HR functions and related laws and regulations
