• Manage HR system support tickets and troubleshoot system issues
• Oversee organization structure management and ensure configuration deployments follow change controls
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize project requests and analyze impacts of system integrations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM and Talent Management
• Hands-on configuration experience with various Workday features and integrations
• Experience with tools like CultureAmp, Greenhouse, and DocuSign preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive communication skills
