Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM and Talent Management
- Hands-on configuration experience with various Workday features and integrations
- Experience with tools like CultureAmp, Greenhouse, and DocuSign preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive communication skills
