Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in implementing and managing HR systems
• Proven experience in managing projects and optimizing HR processes
• Experience in managing data and ensuring compliance
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects
