Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst who will serve as a Workday expert and collaborate with various teams to support and enhance HR technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday, focusing on Core HCM configuration and optimization
• Manage project timelines, coordinate meetings, and lead implementation efforts
• Partner with HR and IT to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical HR role
• At least 1 year of HRIS administration and project management experience
• Workday implementation and configuration experience
• Demonstrated ability to transition from project management to technical system expertise
